In the event this Window Well Cover is or becomes defective within such five-year period, the manufacturer will, at it’s option, arrange for replacement or repair of the Window Well Cover within 45 days of receipt of written notice of such defect together with proof that the Window Well Cover was originally purchased within the five-year period. All costs of repair or replacement will be done by the manufacturer.
